The Centre for Research in Libraries, Information and Media (CeRLIM) was developed out of the Centre for research in library and information management, established in 1998, and exists to undertake research in information, its technology and communications.

Our aim is to contribute to the design, development and effective use of information systems, resources and media through an understanding of the interaction of the human and social dimensions.
